Bill Carter, Founder of Student-Athlete Insights

Hi — I’m Bill Carter, Founder of Student-Athlete Insights and the NIL Forum. I help organizations make smarter decisions in the evolving NIL landscape. I’ve advised brands on Name, Image, Likeness for 25 years — first in pro sports, now at the college level. I was Co-Founder of the sports agency Fuse and was later named a SportsBusiness Journal Forty Under 40 Award winner. After selling that agency in 2019, I founded Student-Athlete Insights, where I work with companies like DICK’S Sporting Goods, Morgan Stanley, and Little League Baseball on NIL. My NIL courses are used to educate student-athletes at 30+ DI universities. I am on the faculty at Boston College where I teach Name, Image, and Likeness. Read more about me.
