Hi — I’m Bill Carter and I developed the NIL Leadership Program. I have advised brands on Name, Image, Likeness for 25 years—first in pro sports, now at the college level. I was Co-Founder of the sports agency Fuse and was later named a SportsBusiness Journal Forty Under 40 Award winner. After selling that agency in 2019, I founded Student-Athlete Insights, where I advise companies like DICK’S Sporting Goods, Morgan Stanley, and Little League Baseball on NIL. My NIL courses are used to educate student-athletes at 30+ DI universities. I am on the faculty at both Boston College and the University of Vermont where I teach Name, Image, and Likeness.
